About Your Trial
What's included in the 30-day Pro trial?
Full access to Pro features: 2,500 credits/month, fast & reasoning modes, priority support, all consulting templates, and unlimited document uploads. Your card is charged only after 30 days.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, cancel anytime before day 30 with zero charge. Go to Settings → Billing. No questions asked.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll automatically continue on Pro at €49/month (billed annually). You can downgrade to Starter or cancel before then - your choice.
About Credits
How do credits work?
Credits reset monthly on your billing reset date (shown in Billing). Unused credits roll over one month, capped at your monthly limit.
At 100% usage, messages stop until your reset or you upgrade. Upgrading adds a higher monthly allowance immediately and keeps your rollover.
Credits are part of your subscription; unused credits are non-refundable. Refunds follow the 14-day policy listed below.
What if I run out of credits?
You can't send new messages until next month's reset, or you can upgrade to a higher tier immediately to get more credits right away.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over to the next month, but they're capped at your plan's monthly limit. Pro users can accumulate up to 5,000 credits maximum (2,500 current month + 2,500 rollover).
Can I buy more credits?
Not yet. For more capacity, upgrade your plan or contact support for a custom option.
Changing Plans & Refunds
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Your credit balance adjusts immediately when you switch.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're unsatisfied within 14 days of your first paid month (after your trial ends), email hello@askharry.org for a full refund. No hassle.
Security & Privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted in EU data centers. We're GDPR compliant with row-level security on all database tables. Your client data never leaves the EU.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We use frontier AI models with zero data retention policies. Your confidential consulting work stays confidential - it's never used for AI training.
Can I export my work?
This feature is coming soon.
